The CPM numbers are posted to demonstrate the value with the higher volumes. 
We do not use a CPM pricing model.

List Purchase benefits:

• 95% Email Accuracy Guarantee. Because of the fluid nature of data, it's impossible for us (or anyone else) to realistically guarantee that 100% of the email addresses in a list will be good. People change jobs and email accounts too frequently for us to be able to do this. But we do guarantee that at least 95% of the email addresses will be deliverable. (Undeliverable addresses return a "Does Not Exist" error.) If your list doesn't have 95% valid email addresses at time of first mailing done within 30 days of the purchase, Thrive will replace any bounces beyond 5% or issue a prorated refund.
  
  Just be sure that you use a service that differentiates between hard and soft bounces when you mail to the list. Send us the hard bounce report so that we can confirm and remove these records and provide you with replacement records or the prorated refund. (If you're using our mailing services, you can skip these steps. We'll automatically replace the records or refund you for all bounces over 5%.)
• Simple format. We'll load the list link into a private account we create for you on our website. Simply download to your computer. The list will be in CSV format, which can be opened in Excel.
• Delivery within two business days. You receive your own copy of the list within two business days of payment processing. The list is then yours and can be used as often as you'd like.
• More than just email. Your list will include all of the information we have available for those records. Most lists include more than just email addresses, so you'll have the option of doing further marketing too.
• We can handle the mailings for you. It is important that you never send marketing emails out from your own computer. A user's ISP will often block any attempts to send large amounts of email from their network, or more often, they will disable the ability to send large amounts of email through their email servers. ISP violations will cause poor and possibly detrimental results. We always recommend that you use a 3rd party to send commercial email campaigns, as 3rd party emailing companies have ways to collect data such as bounces, opt-outs, etc. and remain compliant with commercial email laws. Not all email service providers allow you to use purchased lists with their service, so be sure to check on that before running a campaign to this list. We, of course, do. And we would love to mail your purchased list out on your behalf. There are lots of benefits to using our service. Just ask us for details!

• Extra clean option.  If you’d like to do the mailings yourself, please consider letting us send a discounted initial campaign out to your targeted group to remove hard bounces as well as any people who opt out or label your email as spam. This does 3 things:
  
  1) Whenever possible, we'll send the campaign to a higher volume than you are purchasing so that the people who opt out or label your email as spam can be replaced with better records, giving you a better list for your money.
  2) It helps to protect your future marketing efforts by avoiding the people who do not want to receive your mail, minimizing blacklisting issues.
  3) And it allows us to assist you in optimizing your subject lines and ad so that your future campaigns will reach more inboxes.
