Four Tips for Pulling Your Own Counts

We are excited to offer you the ability to pull counts directly from your Campaign Manager account. (For those resellers who have had access to a count system for a while, we've made one major change - see point 2.)

Here are four tips to help you use the count system correctly:

1) Each list selection available in the General Consumer lists search tool is a subset of our Consumer list. So, if you pull a count for Consumers, it will already include Affluent Individuals, Entrepreneurs, Golfers, Hispanics, etc.

2) Each list selection available in the General Business lists search tool constitutes a unique list. So, if you want to pull a count of ALL business records available in the state of Tennessee, you'd need to pull a count for Attorneys, Auto Dealers, Bookstores, Business Executives Extended, etc.

3) If you do a zip code with a radius of 0, the system will pull ONLY records with that zip code.

4) Our database maintenance window is all day Sunday. During this time, Evan (our Chief Information Officer) takes tables down, cleans, re-indexes and optimizes the data. Because they're being worked on, the search tool may not return results or may time out.
